HVAC Experts In Livonia MI You Can Count On

Robert (Bobby) Wilhelm, of Comfort Craftsman HVAC, Livonia, Michigan, put a huge smile on my face this week, just in time for the 4th of July. I had purchased two heat pumps of different brands almost a year ago, one of which was successfully installed, while the other unit was deemed to be faulty and returned to the vendor (Menards), which did a good job of providing a replacement by arrangement with the product distributor. (Though this was not as easy as it sounds, as it took several months to locate and contact the distributor, only to find out that they did not provide any product servicing in Michigan or any neighboring state). However, the new unit then sat in my garage for three or so months (while we swelted in the recent 90+ heat!), as the original installer played hide-and-seek with me and every other HVAC company that I called on said they only installed their own units, not to mention that no-one was anxious to pick up on a job that another party had started. Eventually, someone from my regular HVAC company (A. J. Danboise) recommended Robert, who kindly agreed to make an exception in my case. Robert did an excellent job of installing the new unit, finally bringing to an end a frustrating drama that had lasted literally a whole year!
